Gymnastics

At The Forge, we believe the best athletes—and the best humans—are made, not born. In Fall 2024, we brought gymnastics to Pagosa with a clear purpose: to build a program where kids aren’t just taught skills, but forged in character through challenge, discipline, and growth.

Every class is shaped by our theme: fire, hammer, and anvil. The fire is effort. The hammer is coaching, consistency, and correction. The anvil is the standard we hold—showing up, doing hard things, and learning to rise after a fall. Whether an athlete is brand-new, traveling through, or training with big goals, we meet them where they are and help them move forward with confidence.

Our mission goes beyond flips and medals. We train grit, self-discipline, respect, integrity, and leadership—because our goal is to create powerful, contributing human beings. Gold medals are great… but a strong mind, steady character, and resilient spirit? That’s what lasts. We do both!

Kids Gymnastic Training

Recreational

Our Recreational Gymnastics program offers 1–2 day per week, one-hour classes designed to build strong fundamentals in a fun, encouraging environment. Athletes develop coordination, strength, flexibility, and body control—foundational skills that translate to nearly every sport and active lifestyle.

Competition

Our Competitive Gymnastics team trains 2–5 days per week for athletes ready to level up and compete 2–3 times per year. This program is built like forged iron—developing not only powerful gymnasts, but gritty, persevering humans who learn discipline, resilience, and confidence that carries far beyond the gym.

Parkour/Boys Gymnastics

Our Parkour & Boys Gymnastics classes create a place for boys to be boys—moving fast, climbing, jumping, swinging, and testing their limits in a positive way. We challenge them physically and mentally to build fearless problem-solvers and well-rounded athletes with real strength, control, and confidence.
